Vey Small Bowl and Saucer

This very small bowl and saucer is scalloped and drawn on and contains every color I know but so lightly it is still a kind of white. The bottom of the saucer has drawings of a flowers and tracings of the form. 2 ¼ tall and 4 ½ wide.
